Purchase terms
A plan covers one station for one month. The total and exact period will be shown before payment. Renewal requires your action; there are no automatic charges. New prices do not change an already paid period.
Service delivery
The service provides access to radio tools with the selected simultaneous listener limit. Once payments launch, the plan will be delivered through your account; the activation timeframe will be shown in the order before payment. No physical delivery is needed. Paid orders are not currently available.
Cancellation and refunds
To cancel or request a refund, email info@eritcom.com with your account email, station, order number and payment date. Do not send your full card number, CVV or password. Consumers may cancel at any time, subject to the provider’s actual documented expenses. Mandatory rights concerning defective services remain unaffected. We will explain the refund amount and its calculation; refunds use the original payment method unless the law requires otherwise.
