Purchase terms
A plan covers one station for one calendar month. A new period starts after payment confirmation; renewal of the same plan starts after the current paid period ends. The total is shown before payment. Renewal requires your action, with no automatic charges. Your existing paid period is preserved.
Service delivery
Access with the selected listener limit is activated automatically after Robokassa confirms payment. If payment is confirmed but the plan is missing, contact info@eritcom.com with your order number. No physical delivery is required.
Cancellation and refunds
To cancel or request a refund, email info@eritcom.com with your account email, station, order number and payment date. Do not send your full card number, CVV or password. Consumers may cancel at any time, subject to the provider’s actual documented expenses. Mandatory rights concerning defective services remain unaffected. We will explain the refund amount and its calculation; refunds use the original payment method unless the law requires otherwise.
