1. Service and parties
Sound is a service for listening to Internet radio, placing information about stations, preparing music and organizing broadcasting. These terms govern the use of the service. When registering, the user accepts the agreement as a separate action. The processing of personal data is described in privacy policyconsents to the processing for which they are necessary are issued separately.
2. Account and access
Provide reliable information necessary for registration, save access to the specified email and do not pass the password to unauthorized persons. The owner of the station manages the rights of the hosts and is responsible for granting them access. If you suspect a break-in, tell the operator.
It is not allowed to bypass access restrictions, interfere with the work of other stations, malicious files, automatic actions that violate the operation of the service, and impersonate another user.
3. Music and user-generated material
Upload and broadcast only materials for the use of which you have the necessary rights. The presence of a track in a catalog does not in itself grant a license for its public performance, broadcasting, processing or other use. The owner of the station independently secures the rights to its program.
The user retains the rights to his materials and grants the operator non-exclusive permission to store, technically process and transfer them to the extent necessary for the functions of the service chosen by the user. This does not give the operator exclusive rights to the works.
Do not post illegal content, threats, spam, other people’s personal data without a legal basis and materials that violate the rights of third parties. Open messages and broadcasts are available to other users.
4. Purchase terms
A plan covers one station for one month. The total and exact period will be shown before payment. Renewal requires your action; there are no automatic charges. New prices do not change an already paid period.
Paid plans are coming soon. Payments are not currently accepted.
5. Broadcast availability
Added external stations transmit sound from the servers of their owners. The availability, program, format and quality of such a stream depends on the owner of the station, the network and the listener’s browser. The flow check mark refers to the time of inspection and does not guarantee continuous operation.
For your own station, you need a suitable connection and correctly tuned sound sources. Before the important broadcast, check the sound and access of listeners. Planned work and technical malfunctions may temporarily limit individual functions.
6. Appeals and restrictions on access
You can report an error, violation of rights or illegal material at the address info@eritcom.com. Provide a link, a description of the situation, a contact to respond and, if applicable, details confirming your rights.
The Operator may restrict access to the material or account in case of violation of the agreement, security threat or on a lawful basis. The user has the right to send explanations and challenge the restriction through the specified contact. The liability of the parties is determined by applicable law; the agreement does not override the mandatory rights of the user.
7. Termination of use and modification
You can stop using the service and request deletion of your account at the operator’s address. The procedure for processing and deleting personal data is specified in the privacy policy.
The new version of the conditions is published with the date of update. The changes do not create an obligation to pay for previously free use retroactively. Questions and disagreements can be sent to the operator; the right to apply to the authorized body or court is retained.
