Kirov court canceled the fine “FX 9” for obscene language Shnurov

Kirovsky district court of Novosibirsk withdrew from the “FX 9” fine of 40 thousand rubles, which was imposed for the fact that the group “Leningrad” used obscene language during the concerts “Cord with you!” 29, 30 and 31 may 2025. The case was considered on the basis of the demands of public activists, who insisted on the cancellation of the concert, considering Shnurov’s work to promote profanity, alcohol and smoking, as well as undermining the authority of the family.

Initially, the band was required to sign a letter of guarantee, but just before the concert Cords, according to witnesses, decided to perform the original hits, despite the requests of the audience for their repetition. The court, based on the testimony of a witness, considered the absence of an administrative offence and canceled the decision of the magistrate, referring to paragraph 2 of part 1 of article 24.5 of the administrative code of the Russian Federation.
