Massive Attack announces return to physical media, excluding Spotify

Massive Attack, which became the leaders in the initiative to remove music from Spotify, found themselves in a situation different from what was expected. While major labels are not particularly ready for such a move, the band's recordings continue to be available on the platform. Against this backdrop, Massive Attack has taken the plunge to announce the release of an "archive of works created in the recent past" next year, with plans to release both physical and digital recordings through the new label. However, Spotify will not appear in this release, as the group deliberately excludes the platform from the distribution channel list. Despite the fact that their last studio album, Heligoland, was released in 2010, Massive Attack continues to release small albums and EPs, including the audiovisual "Eutopia" (only available on YouTube) and collaborations with bands such as Young Fathers (supporting Palestine) and Svyatoslav Vakarchuk (from Ocean Elzi).
