"Faces": Behind the scenes of hit "Autumn"

In the new issue of the program “Hit Story”, which will be released on “Muz-TV” on November 29, 2025, viewers will learn the history of the creation of the cult song of the group “Lyceum” – “Autumn”. Journalists will reveal details: who helped write the text, what dangers awaited the girls during the filming of the video, and how this legendary song arose.

In the early 90s, Lena Perova, Isolda Ishkhanishvili and Nastya Makarevich, who were engaged in the theater circle, received an unexpected opportunity thanks to Nastya’s stepfather, Alexei Makarevich, a former member of the rock group “Resurrection”. He assembled them into a girl band, giving each soloist a guitar. Nastya Makarevich noted that the emphasis was on playing the guitar. Alexey Makarevich became a songwriter who worked on them at night and shared them with the girls.

Initially, the texts were not very good, but over time they got better. The song "School, School" originated as a decision to change the words associated with the school to the words "autumn, autumn", which became the basis for the hit "Autumn".

The clip for this song, which became a hit, was shot in June in the suburban Gorki, where the footage was processed in autumn tones. When choosing an actor for the role of an auto mechanic, the girls were guided by the fact that he was a “fateful handsome man”. Air at 15:30.
