Billy’s Band have released a new single and are preparing for the anniversary

Billy's Band, led by Billy Novik, returned to the music scene with a new single "Last Time" - a brooding blues-rock track dedicated to the complexities of modern life. The release was organized by the label "MTS Label", which noted that the song turned out to be unique and different from the previous works of the group. In the creation of the track, live instruments were used: a piano, double bass, guitar and drums, and the drum set was recorded by Egor Kryukovsky, adding texture details (tremolo and reverb). Sound director Nikolai Bichan achieved a dense, but transparent sound. The lyrics of the song talk about the importance of appreciating moments and not being afraid of change.

It was not without an anniversary: 2025 was a special year for Billy’s Band and Billy Novik – 25 years of the band and 50 years of the leader. This year, the group participated in many festivals (Stereoleto, Ural Music Night) and released a tribute album in honor of the group “Lube”, as well as a tribute album “Markshader Kunst”. The band will celebrate the new year with concerts on January 1 in Cosmonaut (St. Petersburg) and January 2 in 16 tons (Moscow), calling them "resuscitation-kefir-mandarin concerts of Ded Morozov."
