The Successful Final of the Whole Country 2025 Project: A Triumph of Unity and Cultural Diversity

The project of the Russian Music Union “The Whole Country 2025”, implemented with the support of the Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives, was successfully completed on December 4, 2025. The competition, aimed at strengthening interethnic harmony and popularization of folklore heritage, attracted more than 230 applications from performers of ethnic music from nine regions of Russia, including new territories.

The evaluation process included a technical review of the video recordings, an evaluation by a jury of 13 cultural and artistic members, and the selection of the best representatives of each federal district. With nearly 500 spectators and over half a million views online, the gala demonstrated a triumph of unity and cultural diversity.

The finalists were representatives of different cultures, who especially noted the emotional uplift, atmosphere of unity and creative experience. Participants from the new regions emphasized the importance of reunification with Russia, and the jury members noted the growing interest in folklore and a vivid representation of national traditions. The organizers plan to further develop the project, expanding the geography and attracting new participants, striving to preserve its role as a symbol of harmony and unity of the nation.
