Three Superstars at the World Cup Finals: Shakira, Madonna and BTS!

At the World Cup final, which will be held on July 19 at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey, for the first time in the history of the tournament, three global superstars will perform at once: Shakira, Madonna and BTS. Organisers, led by the show's curator and Global Citizen Ambassador Krist Martin of Coldplay, promised the performance would not exceed 11 minutes and would top up the bill for the FIFA Global Citizen Education Fund. A massive opening ceremony was previously announced, which will feature a dozen stars including Katy Perry, Anitta, Future, Alanis Morissette, Jesse Reyes and Maná. Shakira has a particularly close relationship with FIFA: 16 years after the release of the super hit "Waka Waka (This Time for Africa)", timed to coincide with the 2010 World Cup, the singer is preparing to present a new official World Cup song in collaboration with Burna Boy "Dai Dai".
