Roger Taylor to release new album 'Violence Insane In A Beautiful World' featuring South African choir

Queen drummer Roger Taylor is set to release his seventh solo album, Violence Insane In A Beautiful World. The album's planned release on Columbia Records on September 18 will mark its return after a five-year hiatus since the release of Outsider in 2021. The album will consist of 11 tracks featuring a young Ndlovu choir from South Africa (known for its translation of "Bohemian Rhapsody") and other musicians, including co-writer Joshua J. Macrae. Taylor expressed his concern about the growing level of violence in the world and called the theme of the album – the search for beauty in a mad modern world. In honor of the album's release, a short UK tour is planned, covering O2 City Hall in Newcastle, Roundhouse in London and Swansea Building City Arena.
