Joy Division and New Order are inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, along with the massive box set "Eternal (Live)"

Joy Division and New Order are finally inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame! At the same time, a large-scale box set Eternal (Live) is released - the first and probably the last collection of remastered recordings of 16 concerts by Joy Division. This box set, available for pre-order, contains 14 CDs and 2 DVDs documenting Joy Division's entire journey from 1979 to 1980, including the live premiere of "Ceremony", formerly known for performing New Order after Ian Curtis' death. The box includes both familiar and new audio and video recordings, such as "Transmission", recorded at Les Bains Douches in Paris in December 1979. The project, which has been in development for many years, covers the period from the first concerts to the final performance at the High Hall in Birmingham.
