Kylie Minogue adds her voice to new song Snow Patrol

Kylie Minogue has contributed to the creation of the new single by the North Irish indie rock band Snow Patrol. The band's frontman, Gary Lightbadi, revealed that the song was almost completed two years ago, but it lacked her vocals. The track was originally called "Kylie". Lightbadi shared that he has long been a Minogue fan and, together with colleagues, recorded the song with her participation in mind. First impressions of Johnny McDade and Nathan Connolly were positive, but after revision it became clear that the song lacks "something big", and it was Kylie's voice that became the decisive element. After learning of the existence of a demo version of the song called "Kylie" in the Snow Patrol archives, Minogue enthusiastically agreed to cooperate. Fans will now be able to enjoy the song on vinyl in a limited edition - pre-orders are already available.
