Pophouse Entertainment Acquires Rights to Iron Maiden – Deal for Hundreds of Millions

Swedish investment company Pophouse Entertainment, known for its deals with bands Kiss and ABBA, has acquired half the rights and income of legendary metal band Iron Maiden. The deal includes the rights to the band’s catalogue, name and brand identity, including the iconic mascot Eddie – who has accompanied Iron Maiden for nearly 50 years. Although the exact amount of the transaction was not disclosed, experts believe that it is worth hundreds of millions of dollars. These funds will allow the group to finance various projects, from concerts and the Eddfest festival to the development of video games and the production of branded beer. In honor of their 50th anniversary, the band plans to create a themed museum, Infinite Dreams, as well as a film based on their famous tour "Run For Your Lives".
