PJ Harvey returns to West End stage with new production of Othello

Musical performer, composer and holder of the Order of the British Empire PJ Harvey makes a high-profile return to the West End. After collaborating with Thom York in 1998, and more recently reimagining Radiohead songs for a production of Hamlet, Harvey wrote original music for the new theatrical adaptation of Othello. The production, created with the participation of director Tom Morris (acquainted with Radiohead), will be presented at Theatre Royal Haymarket on October 23 and will be Harvey's debut on stage. The play, which also features stars such as David Harewood (Homeland), Toby Jones (Spy Get Out!) and Caitlin Fitzgerald (Heirs), first heard works by PJ Harvey.
