Teenage Fanclub release island-recorded Do Not Dare To Dream

Teenage Fanclub released Do Not Dare To Dream through Merge Records on October 9. Their thirteenth studio album follows 2023’s Nothing Lasts Forever. The digital release lists ten songs and approximately 38 minutes of music, including There Was You and Be With You Tonight.

The band recorded at Black Bay Studio on Great Bernera, a Scottish island. A Domus church organ, synthesizers and guitars were among the instruments used. Norman Blake and Raymond McGinley remain joined by Euros Childs, Francis Macdonald and David McGowan.

Digital, CD, cassette and vinyl editions are available, including an orange pressing. European shows continue in October: the official itinerary lists Bilbao on October 11, followed by Zaragoza, Pamplona, Madrid and Barcelona. The official Be With You Tonight video accompanies this article.
