Ben Folds Five announce nine reunion shows for April 2027

Ben Folds Five have announced nine American concerts for April 2027, bringing Ben Folds, bassist Robert Sledge and drummer Darren Jessee back on the road together. The itinerary runs from Knoxville on April 12 to Birmingham on April 24. It will be their first tour since 2013, although the trio did reunite for a hometown performance at Cat’s Cradle in 2023.

The announced stops also include Chattanooga, Jacksonville, Pompano Beach, Clearwater, Austin, Houston and Irving. These dates form an initial leg, rather than a complete account of every concert the group might play next year. Further cities should therefore be treated as unconfirmed until the band announces them.

General ticket sales begin on October 23 at 10am in each venue’s local time. The official band website carries the ticket links. This announcement concerns live performances; it does not announce a new studio album.
