Hilary Duff releases five-song holiday EP Holiday Things

Hilary Duff released Holiday Things through Atlantic Records on October 23. The digital EP contains five songs, combining three new originals with two seasonal covers. Her official website now links to the released collection, rather than only offering a presave.

The originals are All You Want for Christmas Is Me, I Want (a Few Small Things) and I Guess It’s Christmas. They sit alongside Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas and Last Christmas (Mine). The latter revisits a song Duff previously recorded for her 2002 holiday album Santa Claus Lane.

Matthew Koma and Brian Phillips, collaborators on luck… or something, produced the project. The digital release has a different timetable from the physical editions: vinyl and CD orders are expected to ship around December 11. The collection adds a seasonal release to Duff’s busy recording and touring year.
