Dead Man’s Bones, the duo of Ryan Gosling and Zach Shields, have released Lost In The Night with an official music video. The single arrived on October 27, 2026. ANTI- describes it as the project’s first new music since its self-titled 2009 debut. Its YouTube upload is jointly credited to the Dead Man’s Bones and ANTI- Records channels, while digital catalogues list a standalone single.

According to the label, the musicians tried several Los Angeles studios before taking their equipment to a farm outside the city. With two guitars, two drum machines and two synthesizers, they recorded the song in one day. That account describes the new session, rather than the making of the earlier album.

The debut combined gothic folk, early rock and roll and contributions from the Silverlake Conservatory Children’s Choir. The new release reunites the two writers with ANTI-. The label’s page provides the official video and a vinyl-single purchase link. It does not announce a confirmed release date for a second full-length album.
