Dominic Fike releases the 15-track HOW TO QUIT SMOKING

Dominic Fike has released HOW TO QUIT SMOKING, his third studio album, through Columbia Records on October 30, 2026. The digital edition contains fifteen songs. Previously issued WALLFLOWER, SMALL TOWN and PANGEA now sit within the complete sequence alongside WHITE KEYS and the other recordings.

The credits connect individual guests with specific tracks: Grace Ives appears on HONEYLOVE, Hether on RENO, and Danny Brown on NOT THE SPIRIT. Emma Ogier and Gabriel Jacoby join SMALL TOWN, while CABBY brings together Fike, Emma Ogier and Love Spells.

Billboard Philippines reports that Fike developed the material in hotel rooms while touring North America. An initial October 9 release was postponed to finish the recordings. SPOTLIGHT / INNER CHILD, featuring Tay-K, closes the album; Spotify confirms the date of the complete digital release, separately from the earlier individual songs.
