Tver will become the center of a large-scale music festival "My Russia"

Tver will host the All-Russian festival “My Russia: A Musical Journey” as the seventh city. The organizer is the Oksana Fedorova Foundation with the support of the Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives. The main venues are the Tver Academic Regional Philharmonic and the Tver Music College. M.P. Mussorgsky.

The festival, dedicated to the 890th anniversary of Tver and the Day of Slavic Literature and Culture, will start on May 22 with a gala opening in the Philharmonic, and will end on May 24 with a gala closing. The program included charity concerts, creative meetings, master classes and an open film screening.

On May 22, a gala opening will be held with the participation of Oksana Fedorova, Kirill Belov and Nikita Zimin. May 23 – a creative meeting and master class of Zimin, as well as a film screening of the TV movie “Musical Journey through Tver”. May 24 – gala closing in the format of the concert “Tver talents”, which brought together young musicians from different regions of Russia. The works of Russian composers will be performed, as well as folklore works inspired by Tver music.
