Skid Row introduce Justin Sargent with a new recording of Won’t Get Fooled Again

Skid Row named Justin Sargent as their new lead singer on October 29, 2026, as the band marks its fortieth anniversary. His introduction comes with a cover of The Who’s Won’t Get Fooled Again and an official video. The digital single carries an October 30 release date. It is the group’s first recording with its new frontman.
Nick Raskulinecz produced the track, returning after working on the band’s 2022 album The Gang’s All Here. Preorders also opened for a signed seven-inch single limited to five hundred copies. That preorder announcement should not be treated as confirmation that physical records have already reached buyers. No specific release date for a full album with Sargent was given.
Sargent’s stage background includes Broadway roles in Rock of Ages and Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark, documented by the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra. Announced shows with the new lineup include Rancho Mirage on March 5, 2027, and New Buffalo on March 20. The photograph here shows an earlier touring lineup, not Sargent performing with the band.
