Four Tet and William Tyler return with new album 41 Longfield Street Late '80s

Following their successful EP, Darkness, Darkness, Four Tet (Kieran Hebden) and William Tyler are preparing to unveil a new, full-length album, 41 Longfield Street Late 80s. Fans can now order and listen to the lead single, an 11-minute cover of Lyle Lovett's "If I Had a Boat." This track, which particularly struck William Tyler, showcases Kieran Hebden's love of 1980s American music. The album, recorded in Los Angeles and Nashville and produced by Hebden, consists of seven tracks and will be released on September 19. The musicians met during the Bonnaroo festival, which was the impetus for the creation of a joint project inspired by the common interests in the music of Fennes and Godspeed You! Black Emperor.
