Thom York has released a new song for the miniseries Firebug.

Thom Yorke continues to amaze fans by releasing a new single, "Dialing In," as part of a promotional campaign for the upcoming miniseries Firebug. The song, formerly known as "Gawpers" and played at York's solo concerts, was commissioned by writer and producer Dennis Lihane, known for his work on "Mysterious River", "Island of the Damned", "The Wire" and "Mr. Mercedes". Lihane said that the collaboration with York was a great honor, comparable to working with artists such as Clint Eastwood, Martin Scorsese and Richard Price, stressing that the song “Dialing In” perfectly conveys the atmosphere of the show and “destroys”. In the mini-series, which debuts on June 6 on Apple TV+, the main roles will be played by Taron Edgerton, Jernie Smollett and John Leguizamo. The miniseries is based on the popular Firebug podcast about serial arsonists.
