The court considered that the composition, available through links on YouTube and the official website noizemc.com, contains signs of propaganda of a hostile attitude towards state bodies and the armed forces of the Russian Federation, and is harmful to minors. The expert opinion confirmed this assessment, pointing to obscene language and the potential impact on the moral development of children. The court decision emphasizes that the track contains expressions capable of justifying hatred and violent actions against the basis of the constitutional order of the Russian Federation.
