Sabrina Carpenter celebrates victory with new single and road trip

Pop star Sabrina Carpenter, who headlined the second day of the Primavera Sound festival in Barcelona, showed her musical power with the release of a new single "Manchild". The song, co-written with Amy Allen (Grammy winner for best collaborator) and producer Jack Antonoff (who has not won a Grammy for best producer in four years), is a witty reflection on life, perhaps inspired by her relationship with actor Barry Keogan, whose role in the Beatles biopic is being prepared to perform. The music video for the song is a bright and funny road trip with “stupid companions” Carpenter, where she plays the main role. Meanwhile, Keogan is gearing up for the role of Ringo Starr in one of four new Beatles films.
