Michael Hutchens' New Songs: Double Album 'MKH' Released

Last year, music fans were delighted with an unexpected release - a double single "One-Way / Save My Life" from the legendary INXS frontman, Michael Hutchens. Now, in honor of Record Store Day, Hutchens' second posthumous album, MKH, will be released in October. This album is the result of the long efforts of producer Danny Saber, who, beginning in the 2000s, perfected the solo works of Hutchens, recorded shortly before his tragic death in 1997. The album features two singles, including "One-Way/Save My Life", plus five more tracks. Prior to that, in 1999, posthumous recordings were released, in which Hutchen was a duet with Bono from U2. The recent documentary Michael Hutchens: Mystify! (2019) was the occasion for the release of the compilation Mystify, which collects both the famous tracks of INXS and Hutchens, as well as rare archival records, including a cover of "Spill the Wine" and "Never Tear Us Apart".
