Bring Me The Horizon Releases Relaxing Lo-Fi Hits

In July 2025, Bring Me The Horizon released the album Lo-files, which features lo-fi versions of their iconic hits. This project, consisting of 23 reworked tracks, was the result of the collaboration of the British metal band with famous producers of the lo-fi scene. The goal was to create soothing, meditative and atmospheric performances, as they themselves put it on social media. The tracks are accompanied by anime-style video sequences, and the history of lo-fi music, dating back to the 1980s as an alternative to Hi-Fi, with its emphasis on impeccable sound quality, is based on minimizing studio processing, home recording, and using characteristic nostalgic noises and textures.
