"Spinal Tap" is back: a grand reunion

After 41 years of silence, fans of This Is Spinal Tap are waiting for the long-awaited event – a sequel called “Spinal Tap II: The End Continues”. The film, created by the same team as the original, follows the reunion of a legendary rock band. The participants, long gone on a well-deserved vacation, again gather in New Orleans for a grandiose show. In the center of the plot is the search for a new drummer (a problem that tormented the band from the beginning) and, of course, the discussion of exclusive merch, including even tap water. The trailer caused a furor thanks to cameos by Paul McCartney, Elton John and the band K-Quest. Written and directed by director Robert Reiner and his co-writers, the film still retains all the signature clichés and anecdotes about the lives of rock musicians, such as the confession of Ozzy Osbourne, who called the film a “documentary”.
