"Beth's Farm": Jerskin Fendrix with Emma Stone and Yorgos Lanthimos

A new music video by British composer Jerskin Fendrix “Beth’s Farm” was released on July 29, 2025. The role of director was played by Yorgos Lanthimos, and the main female role was played by Emma Stone. In the video, Fendrix plays a farmer who discovers unusual black objects on his land. After trying to defuse them, Stone and his companion embark on a bizarre ritual of destroying furniture by adding their own hair and nails to the fire, and then dancing around it. In the end, it becomes clear that the problem has not been solved definitively.

Gerskine Fendricks has long collaborated with Lanthimos, writing the music for the films “Unhappy Poor” (nominated for Oscars and other awards), “Views of Kindness” and “Bugonia”, which also starred Emma Stone. The music video for "Beth's Farm" will be part of his second studio album, Once Upon a Time. . . In Shropshire, which is scheduled for release on October 10.
