Chelyabinsk billionaire Igor Rybakov is trying to buy the rights to the debut album of rapper Guf “City of roads” from the head of the label “Monolith Records” Anton Pronin. The deal, valued at 95 million rubles, was signed to remove the album from all streaming sites, as Rybakov believes that he “romantizes a loose lifestyle” and the associated period almost cost him everything, including his family.

However, Pronin strongly opposes the removal of the album and refuses to transfer money to Rybakov, arguing that the City of Roads is a significant legend and does not violate laws, and that Rybakov’s goal is not only to remove, but also probably to try to influence the perception of the album and Guf himself.

Fisherman, known as a co-owner of Technonicol Corporation and included in the Forbes list, wanted the younger generation not to repeat his mistakes. Pronin, in turn, emphasizes that a preliminary agreement has been concluded between the parties, and the key point in the agreement is the issue of transferring the rights to the album to third parties. In the end, the gap in the positions of the producer and billionaire, perhaps, will lead to the non-realization of the deal.
