Taylor Swift reveals new album 'The Life of a Showgirl'

Taylor Swift has revealed details about her new album, The Life of a Showgirl, which is due out on October 3. On the podcast of her boyfriend, Travis Kelsey and his brother Jason, she revealed that working on the album had been a dream for a long time. The album will contain 12 tracks, each of which has its own unique history.

The recording featured Sabrina Carpenter, who warmed up Taylor during The Eras Tour, and was produced by Max Martin and Shellback, with whom Swift worked fruitfully in the 2010s. The album was recorded in Sweden during the tour, which led Swift to numerous records. Travis Kelsey said: The Life of a Showgirl is “much more optimistic and fun pop” than Swift’s previous work.
