"Smeshariki" and Ay Yola present: "Bashkir Honey" - a new hit in the style of ethno-pop

On August 15, 2025, Riki Music released the single “Bashkir Honey”, a joint project of “Smesharikov” and the Bashkir group Ay Yola. The song is based on the popular hit "Homay", which was previously released on MTS Lable and became an international ethno-pop anthem of Bashkortostan.

The new version will feature excerpts from the episode "Treasure", where Smeshariki talk about the rich traditions and culture of the republic. According to legend, the legendary Kopatych, as part of the special series “ABCs of Friendship of Peoples”, tried “Bashkir Honey” and now can share his impressions.

The participants of Ay Yola note that their educational activities echo their desire to promote and preserve the traditions of the Bashkir people. Collaboration with Smeshariki, especially given the large audience of children, was an ideal way to realize the common desire to educate young people.

In support of the release on the YouTube channel “Riki.Fan” there was a clip created from fragments of the animated series “Smeshariki”, which features Kopatych, honey and bees.
