Patti Smith celebrates half-century anniversary with re-release of iconic album 'Horses'

On November 10, Patti Smith celebrates the half-century anniversary of his debut album, "Horses", produced by John Cale. This album, which became the foundation for the New York punk scene, is considered one of the best records in history. On October 10, the album will be re-released on two LPs and two CDs, including alternative and demo versions of the tracks, as well as four previously unreleased songs, including "Snowball". A pre-order for the reissue is available, and a new memoir, "Bread of Angels," will be released on November 4. In addition, Patti Smith will tour Europe and the United States for "Horses" in the fall, performing the album in its entirety for the first time in two decades.
