Bright Eyes Return With New Anniversary and Collaboration EP

Veterans of indie rock Bright Eyes, led by Conor Oberst, are preparing for landmark events: the 20th anniversary of the cult album "I'm Wide Awake, It's Morning" and the band's 30th anniversary. In the new EP, which will be released on September 26, the band combines past achievements and new horizons. The release included the single "1st World Blues" - an unexpected incursion in the ska genre - and a collaboration with Alinda Segarra of Hurray for the Riff Raff. “Kids Table” will be a continuation of previous successes, like “Five Dice, All Threes”, or a self-contained creative universe. The eight-track EP includes references to such authors and works as William Shakespeare, Salman Rushdie, Kaندς Bergen, Joe Strummer and even Mrs. Peacock from Clue, making him a kind of "co-intentioned".
