Eternal Mozart in Kaliningrad: Festival "Territory of the World - Territory of Music"

August 29, 2025 at the walls of the Cathedral of Kaliningrad will host a grandiose musical event - the opening of the festival "Territory of the World - Territory of Music". Within the framework of the festival, the academic large choir “Masters of Choral Singing” of the Orpheus Television and Radio Center together with the Tchaikovsky State Academic Large Symphony Orchestra will present Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s masterpiece – Requiem.

Together with the choir and orchestra will perform well-known soloists: Elena Loginova, Polina Shamayeva, Yaroslav Abaimov and Rodion Pauls. The conductor's leadership will be handled by Fyodor Beznosikov.

The Academic Grand Choir "Masters of Choral Singing" is a collective known for its tours in the most prestigious venues of Moscow, participation in important state ceremonies and cooperation with the Russian Orthodox Church. The repertoire of the collective includes works by Mozart and other composers, opera, sacred music and folklore. The name "Masters of Choral Singing" is deservedly obtained due to the skill and versatility. The team is headed by the People’s Artist of Russia Lev Kontorovich, who emphasizes the importance of the project, turning Kaliningrad into a “bridge between cultures and eras”, and promises that the voice of eternal music “will sound here constantly – on the air, concert halls, in the hearts of listeners.”
