National Festival "Musical Heart of Theatre" 2025: Audience Voting and New Projects

The National Festival and the Musical Heart of the Theatre Award 2025, which will be held with the support of the Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives and the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, promises to become a bright event in the world of musical theater. Within the framework of the festival, the audience will vote for the best performance, as well as new projects will be launched, including the Laboratory for Authors, Directors and Actors and the Big Debut program.

Spectators will be able to vote from 1 to 30 September 2025 to determine the winner and receive the Audience Choice Award. The festival also includes:

** "Laboratory"**: A project to promote new author's concepts in musical theater, with pitching of the best sketches in St. Petersburg on November 24, 2025.

* ** "Big debut"**: A program for students of theater educational institutions (Russian State Institute of Performing Arts and RGISI branch in Kaliningrad) with the participation of performances such as "Balzaminov's Marriage", "Grooms" and "Magic Ring".

**Competition of inclusive performances**: Separate competition for performances involving people with disabilities.

**The main program of the festival**: From November 14 to 24, 2025 in St. Petersburg, the audience will see the best performances of musical and dramatic theaters from different regions of Russia.

* **Special project**: Showing of the jukebox musical "Dunaevsky". Double portrait featuring famous musical stars on November 23, 2025.
