Gorillaz return to the past: Full video from the 25th anniversary concert!

Gorillaz has unveiled the full version of their 25th anniversary concert at Copper Box Arena in London. As part of the evening, the band performed their 2001 debut album in full, re-creating the atmosphere of the 90s and Y2K with a large TV broadcasting snippets of cultural events and references to MTV. The show included performances of all the tracks of "Gorillaz" in chronological order, as well as performances with special guests such as Miho Hatori and Sweetie Irie, who performed an updated version of "Clint Eastwood." To avoid leaks of new music, viewers were banned from using mobile devices. As part of a series of concerts, Gorillaz also presented the albums “Demon Days”, “Plastic Beach” and a new, not yet released ninth studio album, recorded with Johnny Marr, Joe Talbot and Sparks. The release date of the new album will be announced at a later date.
