International Symposium of Academic Music Recording: Innovations and Experience

On November 19-21, 2025, the III International Symposium of the Academic Music Recording Industry, organized by the Russian Music Union with the support of the Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives, will be held in Moscow. The event will be held at the innovation platform "Cyberdom" and will become a platform for the exchange of experience between the leading sound engineers of the country.

The program of the symposium includes lectures, master classes, public performances, round tables, a scientific and practical conference and technical tours to leading concert halls and studios in Moscow. Among the speakers are Gennady Papin (“Mosfilm”), Ilya Dontsov (RAM). Gnesinykh), Evgeny Platonov (MGC named after them). P.I. Tchaikovsky, Yakov Zakhvatkin (CineLab) and others.

The topics discussed cover a wide range of issues: sound recording, information, sound amplification, design of acoustic halls, the use of neural networks and educational aspects of sound engineering.
