Olivia Dean, The New Pop Age: Record-breaking successes in the UK

Olivia Dean, a skyrocketing neo-soul star, creates a sensation in the British music industry. The recent release of her album The Art of Loving, released in September, was the most successful debut project by a British solo artist since Adele. Olivia not only achieved success – she broke many records: she became the first Englishwoman after Adele to simultaneously topped the UK album and single charts, and now four of her songs are in the top 10, including the lead hit “The Fate of Ophelia” by Taylor Swift. Her hit "Man I Need" is another triumph, with the singles "So Easy (To Fall in Love)", "Nice to Each Other" and "Rein in Me" (re-recorded featuring Mercury Prize winner Sam Fender) reaching No. 6, No. 8 and No. 10 respectively. To celebrate the success, Olivia will embark on a grand world tour including six sold-out shows at London's The O2 Arena, and make her live debut on Saturday Night Live with Glen Powell.
