Radiohead Returns: The First Show of New Residences in Europe

On November 4, the long-awaited debut of Radiohead’s new European tour took place at Movistar Arena in Madrid, which the band promised to hold during 2024. This is their first residence since the summer of 2018. The musicians have prepared an extensive repertoire base – from 60 to 70 songs, which will be rotated in each performance. The start of the concert was marked by familiar sounds from OK Computer, thanks to the popularity of the track "Let Down" on TikTok. Special attention was paid to the album "Hail to the Thief", which was used in theatrical production with Tom Yorke, as well as live recordings of the album "Hail to the Thief (Live Recordings 2003-2009)". In total, the band performed 25 songs from eight albums, including such hits as "Fake Plastic Trees" and "Videotape", demonstrating their musical ingenuity and, despite some mistakes, maintaining the status of legend.
