New music collection of children's songs "Melody of childhood" is available for free download

The Russian Music Union and the Union of Composers of Russia, with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, released an electronic music collection with 40 best songs created as part of the II All-Russian Professional Competition-Festival of Contemporary Composers and Poets “Melody of Childhood”. The collection includes works for solo, ensemble and choral performances dedicated to themes from the Motherland and friendship to fairy tales and dreams.

The contest “Melody of Childhood – 2025” attracted about 200 applications from authors from different regions of Russia. The jury, consisting of leading musical figures, selected the best songs. As a result, an electronic music collection was available for free download, which, as noted by a jury member and artistic director of the Bolshoi Children's Choir. Anatoly Kislyakov will become a valuable tool for teachers and leaders of creative teams, contributing to the development of musical creativity of young performers. The collection is already used by leading children's groups, including the Big Children's Choir. V.S. Popova.
