Barack Obama sums up the year: the president's musical choice

Despite the incumbent criticizing the memory of Rob Reiner and renaming the Kennedy Center, Barack Obama continues his traditional annual lists. His selection covers a wide range of genres and performers, from American underground music (Jason Isbell) and K-pop (Blackpink) to Afrobits (Burna Boy) and indie rock (The Beths). The list includes both significant works ("Faithless" by Bruce Springsteen) and more commercially popular tracks ("Ordinary" by Alex Warren). Among the recognized performers are Lady Gaga, Chappell Ron, Rosalia and Olivia Dean, as well as, oddly enough, the duo of Kendrick Lamar and Drake. Obama, as a diplomat, selected representatives of various musical trends, and someone will definitely make a playlist of this, but in the meantime we can listen to the most unexpected songs that Barack Obama liked.
