Fiona Apple: Tired of 'Infinite Stream of Horror' and TV

The new miniseries "Lucky", a crime thriller starring Anya Taylor-Joy, has already managed to come out with the first episodes. The plot revolves around a fraudster and is investigated by FBI agents and the mafia. The screensaver for the series was written by the famous singer Fiona Apple, known previously for working on screensavers for such shows as “Lovers” and “Lord of the Rings: Rings of Power”. However, according to Apple, writing music for television is becoming more difficult. She recently publicly expressed her fatigue with the flood of negative news, saying she found it difficult to concentrate on creativity. She tries to rework the events in her songs, but admits it's "truly hard," especially when it comes to perceiving more than just her own reality. Apple stressed that it does not ignore what is happening in the world.
