Musical Legacy: New 'Joni's Jazz' in Memory of Legends

During the long career of jazz giant Herbie Hancock, the Grammy Award for Album of the Year never came until he released River: The Joni Letters in 2023. In this project, in collaboration with Wayne Shorter and based on the lyrics of Joni Mitchell, Hancock finally achieved well-deserved recognition. It’s not the first year since Wayne Shorter’s death and in the run-up to Joni Mitchell’s departure, the music community will have the opportunity to enjoy a new collection – the boxing of “Joni’s Jazz”. This release, released on four CDs and eight LPs, will be a real treasure for fans. It will contain sixty or more tracks, including rare live recordings, alternative tags and demos, many of which have not been previously released. One of the most famous tracks will be "Be Cool" from the album "Wild Things Run Fast", which already serves as a teaser for the upcoming boxing. As Joni Mitchell put it, It was a pleasure to play with him. We will miss him, but he will live with me in this music.
