Bring Me The Horizon release cozy lo-fi versions of their hits

Bring Me The Horizon returns to their roots with an album consisting of lo-fi reworks of their most famous songs. The album, titled "Lo-files", features 23 atmospheric versions of the hits, will be released on July 11. The band collaborated with experts in the lo-fi genre to create music tracks that promote relaxation, concentration, or even sleep. This release was unexpected – it was announced on July 8 on X (formerly Twitter), and details were confirmed on Instagram with cutting ambient tracks and behind-the-scenes shooting. Ahead of the release, fans can already check out the album. Examples of the band’s success include their seventh studio album, Post Human: Nex Gen (2024), which received critical acclaim and BRIT Award nominations, as well as the debut of the track “Kool-Aid” on the Billboard Hot Hard Rock Songs, where it topped the chart on January 20, 2024, collecting more than 2.4 million streams (according to Luminate). The album became a successful project after the departure of keyboardist Jordan Fish.
