Demi Lovato released her first single of 2025, "Fast", along with the official video on August 1. The song, written in collaboration with Chloe Angelidis, Jake Torrey, and Jung (executive producer of her ninth studio album), promises to be danceable. In the video, Lovato appears in a dynamic shoot around the night city, where unexpected and absurd scenes unfold, including riots, dancing and even bodybuilding competitions with an unexpected finale. The release of the new album is not yet planned.
