Tim Burton with Lady Gaga shoots a video for the series “Wensday”

Tim Burton once again collaborates with Lady Gaga to create a video for the second season of the popular series “Wensday”. "Death Dance" is scheduled to premiere in September. Filming took place in Mexico, most likely during the singer's April visit, when she gave two concerts in Mexico City. The director first spoke about this cooperation at the Giffoni Film Festival. Burton noted that Lady Gaga is an outstanding artist, and he worked with her on the episode for Wensday.

In the second season of the series, Burton participated in the filming of four of the eight episodes, including the final one. Earlier it became known about the guest participation of Gaga in the series, confirmed by Netflix at the Tudum fan event.

In addition to filming the video, Lady Gaga is actively touring with the Mayhem Ball tour. Her performance at the Coachella festival in April, which gathered a record audience, as well as a free concert in Rio de Janeiro, included in the Guinness Book of Records, underscore her status as one of the most sought-after artists of our time. The music video for "Death Dance" will be part of the second season of "Wensday," where Gaga plays the role of dark arts teacher Rosalyn Rothwood.
