Fantasy horror with Cage and twigs: teaser of the new film “Son of the carpenter”

The recent teaser of the film “Son of the carpenter”, directed by Lofty Nathan, attracted the attention of the audience with an unusual combination of genres – horror and biblical history. The film is inspired by the life of Jesus Christ and offers completely unexpected interpretations, where Nicholas Cage played the role of the Carpenter, and FKA twigs played the role of his wife and mother Jesus. Interestingly, the main role in the film was played by Noah Jupu, known for “A Quiet Place”, and previously made his film debut through his co-actor work in “Cute Boy” – where, by the way, the acting debut of FKA twigs took place. FKA twigs’ recent projects, including the abortive reboot of The Crow and Mother Mary (which does not star as Anne Hathaway), only set the stage for her current triumph, the critically acclaimed EUSEXUA album released in January. Her fans are looking forward to the release of the sequel, which will be called “EUSEXUA Afterglow”. In support of the new album, the single "Perfectly" has already been released, probably to be included in "EUSEXUA Afterglow".
