Zara to release Vysotsky’s audiovisual album on 45th anniversary of his death

Singer Zara is preparing to release a unique audiovisual album dedicated to the work of Vladimir Vysotsky. The Interrupted Flight Project. Vladimir Semenovich presents new musical interpretations of his songs, designed to expand the perception of his lyrics and bring it to the modern listener. The album, consisting of seven songs with separate videos dedicated to each of them, comes out on the 45th anniversary of the death of the poet.

Zara notes that Vysotsky’s songs, saturated with a deep philosophical meaning, acquired a new sound thanks to her work. She sees the album as her dedication to the great poet, hoping that it will become a bridge between generations and allow contemporary listeners to experience the greatness of his work again.

The presentation of the album is scheduled for September 26, 2025, and on September 25, a special visit with the participation of Nikita Vysotsky will take place at the Vysotsky House-Museum. The project is supported by the Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives.
