Use a recognisable name and description
Keep the official name clear and explain the format in ordinary language. Mention the music, presenters and topics that actually shape the programme. Do not promise a constant schedule or current track data unless they are maintained.
Choose accurate metadata
Use a small set of relevant genres instead of every possible tag. Country and broadcast language are separate fields. Revise them when the format changes, and distinguish a confirmed local edition from a general national stream.
Prepare images and useful materials
Check that artwork remains recognisable at small sizes and on a phone. Add current contact details and relevant published information. A clear page does not need large blocks of repeated search phrases to explain the station.
Review as a listener
Compare the displayed name, artwork, description and audio source. Test navigation and readability on mobile. Station editing in this design is a demonstration; changing a local form does not update a production station.
Should I list every genre to attract more visitors?
No. Select the genres that represent the programme, so listeners arriving through those sections find what they expect.
Should I describe the song playing right now?
Only if the information is supplied and kept current. A general description should explain the station’s enduring format.
